Inspired by the book
Amor Y Tacos, I made some west-coast Mexican tacos and sangria for my parents and Ryan, and we all ate out by the pool.
The tacos had grilled tilapia (marinaded in sangria), pineapple jicama salsa, avocado cilantro sauce, and queso fresca, all on corn tortillas. They were quite good if I do say so myself.
