I made three pies this Thanksgiving as well as my cranberry sauce. They had three different crusts. One was fruit-based, one nut-based, and one custard based. Each brought a little something different to the table, and they all turned out pretty delicious. If you are a pie person (as I clearly am), stay tuned, because I'll be posting details and recipes for each pie in the coming days. These pies would be lovely for Christmas as well, or to make any day of the year a little more special.
