Relaxing by the pool all summer long

It is not unusual for me to spend summer weekend afternoons sitting by the pool reading something and drinking something cold. One day, earlier this summer, it was Marie Claire and a glass of sparkling water with lime and basil.

Today, I replaced the cold drink with a cold bowl of pink grapefruit sorbet. Mmmmmm... how I do love summer.

Birthday wishlist

Tomorrow is my 23rd birthday. I'm going out for dinner tonight with my family to celebrate and then tomorrow Ryan is taking me to my favorite restaurant, Honey, for additional celebration.

Story of a clothing swap

Saturday was great. I went to the park with Ryan and then wondered around Findlay Market for a while trying out my lovely new camera (Canon Rebel T3).

After that I went to a clothing swap. It was super fun and there were lots of cool clothes.

Here's what I brought to swap...

I invited my friends Cece and Kelly (who you can see being goofy in the following pictures). I also saw my friend Megan there and she, Cece, and I went out for food and drink after (as well as discussion of OCD and the worst weddings ever attended). All in all, it was a wonderful night
